Shipping Area
We currently ship within Canada only.
Free Standard Shipping Canada-Wide
Phytocopia offers free standard shipping across Canada on orders placed through our online store.
There is currently no minimum order value required for standard free shipping unless otherwise stated on the website.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are processed and shipped from Montréal, Quebec. Orders are not processed on weekends or statutory holidays.
If we experience a high order volume, supplier delay, carrier delay, weather issue, holiday delay, or another situation outside our control, processing or delivery times may be affected.
Delivery Estimates
Most Canadian orders are expected to arrive within approximately 2–8 business days after shipment.
Remote, rural, northern, or hard-to-reach delivery areas may take longer.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time depends on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped using Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, or another available carrier depending on the destination and available service.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the shipping label is created.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Phytocopia is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact the customer to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
Undeliverable Orders
If a shipping carrier cannot deliver to the address provided, or if the package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact the customer to find a solution.
If the order cannot be shipped successfully, we may cancel and refund the order.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at phytocopiacanada@gmail.com with your order number. We will help review the situation and may ask the carrier to investigate.
Phytocopia is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at phytocopiacanada@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
Returns
Returns are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
