Return & Refund Policy
We want customers to be satisfied with their order. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, the product must be:
- Unopened
- Sealed
- Unused
- In new condition
- In its original packaging
For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, damaged, or unsealed food, supplement, or nutrition products unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Before sending anything back, please contact us at phytocopiacanada@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions before the item is shipped back.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, a full refund for the returned product will be issued to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are not refunded. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at phytocopiacanada@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products with broken or removed seals
- Products not in original condition
- Products returned without contacting us first
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper storage, or handling
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at phytocopiacanada@gmail.com.
If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel and refund it. If the order has already shipped, the standard return policy applies.
